Deborah Enyone Oni is a legal practitioner with over a decade of post-call experience. She is the founding and managing partner of Hilton Top Solicitors, a tech-savvy law firm committed to delivering legal services through innovation and technology, the firm’s core areas of practice are Blockchain and other emerging technologies, Corporate & Commercial practice, Dispute Resolution, and Real Estate.
Deborah is a Tech Lawyer, Blockchain Researcher, Educator, and Consultant.
She has a thirst for innovation and at the core of her strength is her ability to adopt a new type of thinking and use cutting-edge legal technologies to help clients solve complex issues in a technologically emerged world.
She is the head of the Blockchain and other emerging technologies unit of the firm. Her interest in the emerging technologies space has led her to acquire various reputable certifications in the same. Holding IBM credentials in Blockchain and IOT among other certifications concerning Blockchain, Deborah is highly focused, Resolute, confident, dedicated and a committed personality.
She holds a Bachelor of Laws, LL.B from the University of Jos, Plateau State, had her B.L from the Nigerian Law School, Abuja, and was subsequently called to the Nigerian Bar. She has a Masters degree in Law(LLM) from the university of Lagos, Akoka, Lagos.

Deborah Enyone Oni regularly advises a broad range of clients including local and international companies on various sector specific legal issues such as joint ventures, Regulatory compliance, general corporate advisory on the Nigerian law and policy affecting the incorporation and operation of businesses, and corporate governance, to help clients maximize opportunities and profit in their businesses and minimize risks.
She sits on the board of several reputable companies as the Legal Secretary and Advisor and also serves as external solicitor to several reputable companies.
Deborah Enyone Oni is often called upon to speak at local and international seminar/Webinars/Conferences. She possesses the skill of a digital content writer and has authored several articles majorly covering Blockchain and Law.
She passionately drives sustainable legal practice through innovation and technology, shows concern to women and girls, and dedicates herself to fostering their growth.
Finally, Deborah is a social entrepreneur; she co-founded Slum Achievers Foundation, An NGO dedicated to making positive impact on children, women and girls in the slum areas of Africa through education, free health and legal services. She is also a member and partner of many organizations dedicated to the above course.
